Terms and Conditions

1. The Industree Group Travel incentive is a reward program for our loyal customers, the benefit to be passed on to your employees and their families.
2. Industree Group does not accept any liability for any taxation that may be imposed on any winner. We recommend that you seek independent taxation advice.
3. Qualifying period is from 1st January 2023 to 31st July 2023. Purchase must be paid in full within Industree Group’s general conditions of sale. The qualifying amount is excluding GST.
4. Points awarded are for products purchased and invoiced during the qualifying period.
5. Final sales during the promotion period are to have CPS and credit deductions, where required, removed from the final total sales result.
6. Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash.
7. The ticket does not cover meals or beverages except where specified in the itinerary, or items of personal nature such as telephone, mini bars, etc.
8. Purchases are to be through Industree Group’s account and are to be conducted within Industree Group’s general conditions of sale.
9. Industree Group reserves the right to withdraw this offer if the customer’s account is not paid in full at the time of ticket issue or if the customer has displayed inappropriate behaviour on previous trips.
10. In case of immunity or dispute and in all other matters pertaining to the management of this program, the decision of Industree Group will be final.
11. Industree Group reserves the right to alter the itinerary contained within for reasons beyond Industree Group’s control.
